Sole traders and small businesses accepted onto the programme are randomly selected to receive expert-led, practical support through one of two routes:

tailored 1-2-1 support from a dedicated consultant or
learning via small group workshops delivered by leading experts.

Both give owners the additional know-how they need to improve the efficiency, productivity and profitability of their business, as well as sell more, possibly by entering new markets overseas. Businesses also get exclusive access to specialised online-learning resources, so they can further develop their knowledge.
